Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique designed to help the body move from a state of stress and tension into a state of relaxation, regulation and healing.
Developed by Australian chiropractor Carli Axford, Spinal Flow works with the spine and nervous system using light, precise points of contact along the body. The technique aims to help release physical, chemical and emotional blockages that may interfere with the body’s natural ability to function and recover.
By encouraging the nervous system to calm and reset, Spinal Flow may support improved mental clarity and focus, reduced daily stress, better sleep, relief from headaches and muscle tension, and greater resilience to the demands of everyday life. It may also support healthy immune function and overall wellbeing.
Sessions are gentle and deeply relaxing, making Spinal Flow suitable for adults and children looking for a natural approach to supporting their nervous system, reducing tension and creating greater balance within the body.
